When creating a poll in which the results are not visible without voting there would be no summary message. Now the summary message is visible, once everyone in the conversation has voted.

1) Group can add options.
2) Can change votes later.
The poll creator can decide if the group can also add options to the poll, and if votes can be changed after they are send.
