About Prank Meter
Great Ice Breaker. Prank your Friends. You control what the meter reads. Many will believe it really works. Even if they realize it is a prank, it always gets a laugh.
Metal Detector background makes it look like your iPhone can detect metal.
Flame background for "Hottness" Meter. Let the meter rate the people around you at the party.
Cannibis Leaf background makes it look like your iPhone can sniff out drugs.
Generic background for any meter you can think of!
For ALL meter backgrounds you can change the Meter Name by tapping the Name and entering a new name of your choice. Turn the "Hotness Meter" into a "Fart Sensor" or a "Beauty Meter." Use your imagination!
Prank meter "sensing" is controlled by the built in accelerometer.
Tilting the iPhone gently left causes the meter reading to rise and the tone sounds to rise.
Tilting the iPhone gently right causes the meter reading to fall and the tone sounds to fall.
Holding the meter level pauses the meter reading and tones.
Alternately, if you touch and hold the left or right edge of the iPhone screen this will pause and hold the current meter reading independent of the iPhone tilt angle. Release your finger and the meter begins to move again.
You can master the motions to control the meter with only one minute of practice.
Pick your meter background. Choose a Meter Name and let the pranking fun begin
If you want to hear the meter sound with the visual meter bar, make sure your iPhone speaker is NOT muted and set the volume you desire.
