Project Joy is a yearlong retreat for training the attention to reside in the present, the practice of which is the cornerstone of Zen Awareness Practice. Each daily assignment is based on an inspirational quote. Included is a daily recording of retreat participants sharing insights and asking Cheri Huber questions. Use your phone to record insights as you practice the assignment.
