Rock Band Companion

Welcome to the public beta release of the new Rock Band Companion! Changes from previous versions include:

- Completely new UI
- More stable app engine
- Added support for Crew LP, Seasons, Crew tags, and other new Rivals features
- Easily toggle between your personal Activity Feed and your Crew's Activity Feed
- Online Quickplay invites are now visible in the app and as push notifications
- More stats and Music Library options, including "Sort by Crew LP"
- Added support for PlayStation™ Network two-factor authentication
- Fixed various bugs, including several issues with login and staying logged in

Feature Updates
- Complete your collection! Filter the song list for only songs that you don’t own.
- Song scores and Full Combo Laurels (when appropriate) are now visible on the song list.
- The song list now displays a total number of songs that meet your search/filter criteria.

Fixes
- Rivals progress bar updated to remove threat of demotion
- Songs with no part now correctly show No Part in the song details screen
- Filtering by Rivals Challenge songs now correctly includes Spotlight songs
- Changing instruments in the song list now works as expected
- Rivals challenge icon is now an R
- Filtering by solos now working as expected
- App error messaging text no longer appears in your Clipboard
- Purchased songs are now removed from your Wishlist
- And plenty of other bug fixes and improvements

New Song List section to manage all your songs!
- List all songs and see album art, artist, title, score/difficulty and useful information like new DLC, songs with expiring license, etc.
- Sort by Song name, artist, difficulty, source and stars just like in game.
- Change on the fly for which instruments display scores
- Filter songs by genre, decade, source, difficulty, length, number of vocal parts, vocalist gender, freestyle parts and solos or a combination of all the above. Applied filters are highlighted to quickly see which ones are in use
- Ability to display only songs you own or the entire available library
- Text search option available
- Song Details screen with album art, title, artist, length, decade, genre and difficulty, including band
- From the Song Details screen you can now buy directly any song you don't own or add them to your wishlist.
- Ability to display all songs in your wishlist

Rivals/General fixes/upgrades
- Pressing on a notificaton now automatically opens the DLC announcement page
- From the Options menu it's now possible to visit directly the song request page
- New Lifetime Rivals Points leaderboard added
- New percentile ranking added to Spotlight songs and to Spotlight and XP leaderboards
- You can puchase Spotlight songs by tapping on the Buy It Now button in the Spotlight screen
- You can list all Weekly Challenge songs by tapping on the Browse All Songs in this Challenge button in the Rivals Hub
- Various fixes and tweaks
- Awesomeness Detection has been completely reworked to more closely match Rock Band 2’s data model after some glitches in the detection system were pointed out by the community and a request to go back to the traditional model all players are familiar with was issued

- Fixed an issue with sound
- The app now refreshes the full set of data when the refresh button is pressed
- Lifetime Rival Points now properly account for the tier multipler in the challenge results screen
- Minor fixes to Awesomeness Detection to account for fluctuations in the main data flow

- Push notifications for Crew Chat messages can now be toggled on and off
- The Rivals Hub can now be manually refreshed
- PlayStation 4 users who own the Rivals expansion will no longer see promotional messages for it
- Fixed an issue where pending Crew invites weren't recognized
- Fixed an issue where the active user's Xbox Live gamerpic wasn't correctly refreshed on each login
- Fixed a bug preventing "Suggest a Name" from working correctly when editing a Crew
- Fixed a bug with long player names in My Stats and Compare Players
- Fixed an issue preventing Awesomeness Detection from working properly
