About Running training Plans
2PEAK Dynamic Running training programs build strength and aerobic fitness so you'll be ready for your next event/race, whether it's a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, or full Marathon
Job? Family? Studies? If you are not a professional runner, you don’t have the time to invest in high-volume training nor the time for the equivalent recovery needed. Get maximum fitness and performance in the minimum time, with plans that fit your time budget and prevent you from getting overtrained or injured.
Our running plans are DYNAMIC (they adjust instantly to your schedule changes) and ADAPTIVE (they adapt to deviations from your plan) just like a real coach would follow you on daily basis (but 2PEAK is more precise!).

Use heart rate, pace/speed or even running power to monitor your training intensity and performance. You will see your progress, get fitter, run faster and go further.

OPTIMIZE TRAINING LOAD
In order to improve your form you have to train hard so that your body is forced to adapt (it will improve). But you cannot train too hard because this will weaken your body instead. 2PEAK recalculates constantly the precise training load that you require as well as the equivalent recovery needed so you do adapt.

2PEAK uses HealthKit to export your 2PEAK activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.
Training packages are available with an annual subscription.
You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
