About Sage Time Mobile
Sage Time Mobile, a supporting mobile application for Sage Time and SwipeClock subscribers, provides employees with an easy-to-use mobile timeclock solution. Offering features such as geofencing, facial recognition, and offline functionality, the app works at fixed locations as well as for a mobile workforce. For offline functionality, the app syncs and updates when the mobile device reconnects to the Internet. Your use of Sage Time Mobile is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Additional features include:
- GPS tracking
- Time allocation to multiple jobs
- Advanced employee-identification tools to prevent “buddy punching”
System requirements:
- iOS 8.0 or later
- iPad 2 or later, iPad Mini, or iPhone 4 or later
- A front-facing camera
- An active employer subscription to Sage Time or SwipeClock

Employee messages - Using the MobileTime Management site, you can send employee messages to their phone. With the application launched, employees can check to see if they have any new messages.
Employee picture - If enabled for the company, the employee will be prompted to take their picture prior to punching.
Manager Group Punch - Managers can punch for multiple employees.
Minor bug fixes and UX enhancements.
