We have completely rebuilt our mobile experience from the ground up. Our team has refocused the mobile app to make your connection with your provider an easier, faster, and overall more intuitive experience.
• New video encounter room with support for as many as six participants
• Take snapshots during a video encounter and have them automatically sent to your provider
• Message your provider via chat while in the waiting room and during your encounter
• Add accounts for family members
• Login using biometric authentication
