側弯症の患者さん自身が自己の情報を容易に管理できる側弯症情報管理アプリです。
使用者の年齢及び身長をはじめとする基本情報を入力した後、各診察時のレントゲン画像（写真でとります）並びに使用者の身長やコブ角を入力することで、患者さん自身が自分の情報をアプリ内に保存しておけます。
各診療時のデータは、一覧表で表示されるため、経過が一目でわかるようになります。
