About Sheepshead Scorer
The Sheepshead Scorer app can now make scoring your Sheepshead card games a lot easier. Up to seven players can be entered and it can score individual hands of three to seven players.
The rotate Sit Out feature can be used to automatically rotate sitting out players for each hand regardless of the number of players. And if a player leaves the game temporarily or permanently, you can just use the Left Game button to keep his score the same while you keep playing more hands. You can override any of these buttons at any point as players come or go.
Doublers and double on the bump along with reversing past hands are features also included. If you add doublers for hands ahead, there is a counter for keeping track of how many doublers are ahead. The Deal feature keeps track of the dealer and rotates automatically for you.
All you have to do is enter player names and then score each hand by choosing a Picker and Partner along with a hand outcome.
Additional features show player standings(score, wins, losses, hands picked, partner) and history of the hands for the current game, and standings of all games. Emailing of the standings or hands history is also available.
The iPhone and and iPad colorful and simple user interface sure makes it easy!!!

Now when a new player comes to the table to play after you already started a game, you can move existing player positions to open a seat in the correct position for the new player. This keeps the nice ordering of the players on the scoring app that matches how they are seated around the table, and then keeps scoring easier!

Now when selecting the New Game option, the player names from the previous game will be defaulted as the player names in the new game (except when choosing the New Game option that deletes all history). Several buttons at the bottom of the screen were moved up a little.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
The option to email files of standings or hands history was added in the options pages, and text showing a hands counter was added on the main scoring page. Also, for those situations where a picker and partner get no tricked, an option has been added which allows the partner to also have to pay or not pay.
And remember from the recently released previous iOS 11 compatible version, history from previous games can optionally be saved such that totals and standings by player name can be seen over many games. For those groups that add doublers for future hands, a counter has been added to keep track of how many hand scores ahead should be doublers. Also, the doubler or score multiplier has been changed to keep doubling the multiplier by just pressing the button, or the scorekeeper can edit the multiplier number to any value. New as well is that a leaster win can be split between two winners as long as the winning pool is equally divisible by 2.

A new version for iOS 11 is in the works. Version 1.5 of the Sheepshead Scorer only works for iOS 10 and lower.

Now if the stakes of a hand are more than double, you can use the DOUBLER button to change the stakes factor to x3, x4, x8, or x16 as well.
The change in score for the Picker and Partner is shown below the SCORE HAND button so you can be sure that you scored it right before hitting the SCORE HAND button.
You can find the hand details for each hand in the HANDS HISTORY page by just clicking on the hand number. The hand details default to the last hand played when you go into the HANDS HISTORY.
The GO BACK ONE HAND can now be used to erase as many previous hands as you like.

Four-handed can now be scored with a separate Picker and Partner if desired.
Upon clicking the "New Game" button, options for clearing player names & scores or just scores can be chosen.
The player standings are now in descending winning percentage order.
