Sligo Regional Hospital (SRH) Antimicrobial Prescribing Guidelines in mobile app format for smart phone and tablet devices. These are the local adult empiric guidelines for use in patients in SRH and are based on local susceptibility data, national & international guidance.
Practical evidenced based empiric antimicrobial treatment recommendations for adults by body system. Individual drug advice includes dosing, administration, monitoring & adjustments for renal & hepatic impairment. Content includes information on most common pathogens according to site of infection.
