About Smart-BOT
The application is developed by ProBox JSC.

Smart-BOT is the back-end application of ProBox One software, used for employees of enterprises when deploying ProBox One software.
Typical modules:
- Task: Employees can exchange work via the Task module, each job that needs to be processed will be created a corresponding task, everyone can track the status of the task to know the work situation. The Task module is built on the Chat platform to exchange natural information such as text, images, videos, etc. In addition, it is also integrated to process related documents such as quotations, order forms, etc.
- CRM: Customer care module, supporting interaction with customers via Zalo OA
- Commercial POS: Additional support for the POS interface on the desktop, helping to quickly process bulky goods that cannot be scanned by POS desktop and daily revenue report charts.
- Sales: Sales module, supports quotation, viewing selling price and chart showing sales activities.
- Purchase: Purchasing module, supports creating purchase orders, analyzing import prices and Purchasing charts
- Warehouse: Warehouse module, supports inventory checking through scanning traceability codes, inventory reports, checking goods in queue and issuing order requests.
- Accounting: Accounting module, supports creating receipts, payment vouchers and charts reporting the overall business activities of the enterprise.
- Admin Product: Product information management module, supports quickly creating product information.
* Note: The modules on Smart-BOT only support processing part of the operations of ProBox One software.
The app also supports logging into multiple servers to support individuals working simultaneously at multiple businesses using ProBox One software.
