How to Play

- Small tutorial about how to play Solitaire Duel
- Added medals to the games you won.
- Added markers to games which are ready to play.
- Before playing the first round and after playing the 3rd round it is not possible to dismiss the game.
- When someone dismisses the game it is no longer influencing the average points.
- Inactive games are automatically finished after 16 days.
- Many bug fixes and other small improvements.
