About S.T.A.C.

This app effectively and objectively tracks symptoms of a concussion using the SCAT3 symptom checklist.

Administer a baseline assessment prior to the beginning of a sport season or use the checklist to evaluate concussion symptoms when an injury is suspected. If an injury is sustained, track your symptom recovery using the checklist. Learn about common signs, symptoms, and return to work/play guidelines for concussion. Easy to use for anyone who is affected by a head injury including: athletes, parents, coaches, athletic trainers and the general population. The SCAT3 checklist is from the 2012 Consensus Statement on Concussion in Sport. This app was created and is supported by the Brain Injury Research Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the UW-Milwaukee App Brewery.
