This update fixes some bugs related to the last major release

With this update, StationWeather gets ready for the winter season with various improvements in usability and some major new features:

- reported RVR (runway visual range) decoding
- decoding of runway state reports
- display of windshear warning within TAF reports

StationWeather is turning 2 years old - time for a major update! Among many enhancements, these new features deserve some special attention:

- An all new Live TAF lets you analyze forecasts even faster. You can now select any specific time on the timeline and view the complete weather at once, including flight conditions like VFR/IFR.
- Instead of displaying raw METARs, you can now switch to a summary display in the clip overview.
- Now showing trends for pressure, temperature and dewpoint.

StationWeather is turning 2 years old - time for a major update! Among many enhancements, these new features deserve some special attention:

- An all new Live TAF lets you analyze forecasts even faster. You can now select any specific time on the timeline and view the complete weather at once, including flight conditions like VFR/IFR.
