The official app of Tata Power, a self-service facility for the enthusiastic users & reckoning force of Digital India.
The Tata Power Mobile App is specially designed to be an exclusive platform to help customers and other stakeholders to connect and directly engage with the company.
The features include:
o Personalised Account Information screen.
o Check Bill Details for past 12 months.
o Check Consumption Details for past 12 months.
o Check Payment History for the past 12 months.
o Pay your monthly bills through Credit card, Debit card, Net banking or Insta Pay.
o Download bill copy for the past 12 months including the current month bill.
o View Consumption Trend: A graphical representation of your monthly consumption, for the past 12 months is available vis-à-vis your average consumption.
o Tentative Next Meter Reading Date displayed.
o Go Green & Register for e-bill.
o Register Query, Request & Complaints at a fingertip.
o Feedback-Suggestions for Tata Power, also Report Theft.
o Various DSM program registrations.
o Locate our nearest Customer Relationship Centre integrated with Google Maps.
