Lots of bugfixes and performance improvements:
* Fixed detail menu not being centered.
* Implemented sensible standard fallback fonts.
* Removed the blur filter from the loader.
* Fixed error happening while detecting XML parser errors.
* Added error msg to error_during_sync error. Fixed a few places where errors were swallowed.
* Added error & error reason translation to 'failed to sync'
* Now handling FileReader errors & fixed obscure error when uploading empty file @ FileControl.
