About The Clever Guts App

Welcome to the Clever Guts App! This App will keep you right up to date with the latest science and research into gut health. The App has been developed by Michael Mosley and his team and contains exclusive videos, podcasts, meal plans, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and recipes that will keep your guts in tip top condition.
