TimenTask:Real-Time.Work.Money : Productivity and Efficiency Tool, is a cloud-based time tracking, location tracking, task management and chatting app that allows employees to check in and out time inside the office during the meetings, outside the office or job site with their phones or tablets.


Track time for meetings through the mobile phone or tablets where ever employees go. Update real-time status of your work with images and videos if your employees are not in the office. Keep watch on safety for your employees in real-time with location tracking and map views on the web. Track location in offline mode also, sync data when app WiFi enables on the device.

Giving more flexibility to your team to create quick task instantly and later associate to the project. An employee can also create Custom tasks with the project, module. Record time for the previous created or assigned a task.

Time can also record in offline mode, which will later sync with WiFi.

Employees can chat and collaborate through the mobile app, attach documents and send through chat. Create chat group for teams to collaborate and easy to work with the group of people. You can attach documents like pdf, excel sheets, word document, video or audio. Maintain history of all your communication on the cloud for future references.

Alerts and notifications if a new task is assigned or someone initiates chat discussions.
