1. Users can now withdraw chat request
2. Listeners would receive email notifications for chat request
3. "Notification health check" for users to check and test the current notification status
4. The max. number of login attempts is limited to be 5. The account would be locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts. Users can unlock the account by processing the "Forget password/username" procedure
