If you remove an answer in the portal, it will be updated in the app correctly. Questions are synchronised every 5 minutes, if you want to see the result immediately, go to Lead List and pull-to-refresh.

2. If you create a custom question in Visit Connect that is single or multiple choice, the iOS app now also supports the Other field;
3. Added mandatory fields like Company and Event when creating a Zendesk ticket;
4. When you create a Zendesk ticket for the first time, the contact details are taken from a license for the latest event (that is an event with later start date);
5. Events are sorted by start date always.

The contents of this update are largely based on the feedback we received from users; thank you!
The updates are;
- Login/registration process - If you receive a QR code you can simply scan this with the app to activate it. If you didn't receive a QR code you can continue to log in using your user created in the web portal.
- Export leads - You can now export the leads collected directly from your device via email. You can specify any email address to send an Excel file to. Note that this functionality is available once you have scanned the ordered QR code and have an internet connection.
- Notes - Just a reminder that the notes functionality was expanded so you can now add photos and voice memos to your leads. No more fiddly bits of paper to keep track of your conversations.
