About VMX-R
VMX-R is an application which has been developed to track the courier/packet shipping across PAN India at retail level. It includes the concerned area sales manager and store-in charge manager mapped on a particular store. It is designed in such a way that there will be clear visibility of the courier on the application.
Track the status of all the courier
Notifications to get updates regarding the shipments. User will be notified at every delivery status change
Keep track of the active and previous deliveries. User can see the active deliveries which will be going to deliver at the store. Also, user can see the previous deliveries on the application
User can also raise a ticket if he/she has any issue regarding delivery
User will club the stores to deliver the packets at head office instead of delivering the multiple packets at different store
