Canada has a rich natural history that dates back to the end of the last Ice Age. It's a land of astounding beauty, but much of it has been carefully shaped by the humans and wildlife that colonized it as the glaciers started to recede 15,000 years ago. Written by acclaimed 100 Mile Diet author J.B.
