About Work Timer

Work Timer is a stopwatch-like app designed for timing repetitive factory work. It was created for use with TPS methods for world class productivity.

This app is designed to time jobs with walk time between the work elements. When you lift your finger from the work button, walk time automatically starts logging.

Use the Copy button to copy and paste data into an email.

Perfect tool for use with Time Measurement Sheets, Combination Tables, and Yamazumi Charts.

Use the Other button to capture time lost due to process abnormalities or periodic work.

For critical time measurements, put your phone into airplane mode to prevent interruptions from phone calls or other notifications. A phone call pushes the active app into the background, disrupting accurate timing.

Timing accuracy was verified in a production setting but please be aware tolerances may vary between devices and configurations.
