This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.

Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.

-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
-If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

Customers have recently reported problems with purchasing and viewing their digital magazines.

We are currently working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, if you’re experiencing problems please follow the instructions below:

1: Double tap the ‘Home Button’
2: Press and hold the World Soccer icon
3: Quit the app
4: Re-launch the World Soccer app. This should re-initiate and complete your download.

You will not be charged again for your purchase.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you will continue to enjoy reading World Soccer magazine.

Following the update of iOS 6.1 we are getting reports from customers that the World Soccer Magazine app is crashing when there is no Wi-Fi connection present or if the iPad / iPhone is on Airplane mode. We are working on fixing this problem but at this time we advise customers against updating their devices to iOS 6.1 to continue enjoying your digital editions.

Existing Customers

Update, sign-in and download today! To continue to enjoy World Soccer on your iPad you will need to download digital editions that you have previously purchased (Don’t worry. There is no extra charge for this).

What to do next

- If you are a Print Subscriber and are already registered, simply “ Sign in” to the app and re-download your issues.

- If you are an Apple Customer simply follow the “Do you want to restore your previous purchases?” instructions once the app loads.

If for any reason you are experiencing any problems restoring your digital editions please contact the Customer Care team who will be pleased to assist you. Look for the “Help” button in-app.

Always look out for our notifications so that you will know when the latest issue of your favourite magazine is available for download.
