The WOUND COMPASS™ Clinical Support App (CSA) is a comprehensive support tool for health care professionals that aids wound assessment and decision-making to help reduce practice variation.
All wounds, like all patients, are unique. The WOUND COMPASS™ CSA helps decode the wound step-by-step, providing you a convenient tool to read the signs. This simple and easy-to-use app categorises wounds by:
• Location on the body
• Wound type
• Wound appearance
• The volume of exudate
• Wound depth
Based on this information, WOUND COMPASS™ CSA provides guidance on treatment, products, and when to consult a specialist. The guidance is accompanied by additional educational resources, images, and diagrams to improve confidence when treating wounds. The app can also be customised to your formulary.
