About ZoneEMS
Tragically, schools, universities, sporting events, concerts, air shows and more are targets for mass casualty incidents. In short, any location where there’s a large public gathering is at risk and preparedness is an absolute necessity. First responders train to prepare for the worst; but the challenge for incident command is that a high volume of victims, trauma levels, and transport details are extremely difficult to track during these incidents. If the commander can’t stay ahead of the incident, lives are at risk.
ZoneEMS is the fire industry’s first mobile-based, scalable victim tracking solution for mass casualty events. It’s designed to allow mutual aid resources to seamlessly plug into incident command for victim tracking and hospital transports. With just taps and swipes, incident command, triage, and treatment officers can record victim details, including trauma color levels, approximate age, gender, and current status. Nearby hospitals, including distance from scene and trauma level, are available on the victims dashboard; and transports or released details are automatically timestamped.
With ZoneEMS, the incident commander has a real-time assessment from their command dashboard using our ZoneCommand Pro App. Now current victim counts, trauma counts, and transport summaries are just a tap away so command can maximize performance.
