It helps you be more accountable for your day to day actions, activities and lifestyle choices. And, it allows you to connect directly to a Twist coach who can track, train and transform your programming, no matter where you are in the world. The APP will track daily development metrics such as nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and recovery, monitor ongoing testing and training data to show development, improvement and adherence and be a direct communication portal to a TWIST coach to help guide you through the process.
