KeyLifts takes the math out of the 5/3/1 program so you can focus on getting stronger. Everything is planned out for you. Know exactly what you need to do as soon as you step into the gym. KeyLifts automatically calculates all your sets so you can focus on hitting new Personal Records.

Planning and tracking a 5/3/1 program is time-consuming and hard. You have to calculate your training max and then calculate every single set based on your training max. It doesn't have to be like that. You could just walk into the gym every day knowing exactly what you need to lift. KeyLifts takes the math out of the 5/3/1 program so you can focus on getting stronger and hitting new PRs.

Every cycle you have to redo the entire planning process, but not anymore! With one button press, you can create a new cycle with all the weights automatically calculated for you.

- Change distance units. You can now change the distance units for an exercise. You can choose either 'meters', 'kilometers', 'miles', 'yards', 'feet' or 'inches'. Change it by tapping on the label above the sets.
- New Public Feature Request Board. Go to Profile -> Settings -> Feature Request to vote on new features. You can leave comments on a feature request with your thoughts. Feel free to add your own ideas for new features!


Fixes and Updates
- Sort recent exercises. When adding an exercise, recent exercises are now sorted by most recently completed instead of by name.
- Fix changing the set type in the "Quick" Template Edit screen. When editing a template, when you change the set type of an exercise set in the "Quick" Template Edit screen it will update the set type for each exercise of the same day for every week.
- Fix template filters. Fixed the filters for phase type (Anchor, Leader, Deload, etc) when searching for templates.
- Fix Progressions. If you changed an exercise before starting a workout by using the "Edit Workout" button, the automatic progression may have be messed up. This is now fixed.

- PR Board. On the Profile tab, you'll see a new data chart called PR board. This shows the highest weight you've lifted at each rep amount from 1-12 reps.

- Wilks score on the profile tab. This is a measure of strength relative to body weight. The app will also let you know after a workout if your Wilks score has increased.

- I've changed how the 'Reps for PR' number is calculated. It used to be based on your highest 1 Rep Max of all time. But after some time this number becomes unattainably high because of things like injuries, breaks, program changes, etc. All normal things in the life of a lifter. So, 'Reps for PR' is now 'Target Reps' and it's based on your highest estimate 1RM over your last 8-12ish completed exercises.

- When creating or editing an exercise, you can now choose an exercise type of Reps x Weight Assisted. This is for exercises like assisted pull-ups, assisted dips, etc.

- Create a single workout. Want to record a single one-off workout? Now you can! When you tap the "+" button on the Workout screen you\'ll see the option to create a single empty workout. Perfect for the times you want to record a quick workout without building a template.

- Override workout duration. If you perform half a workout, pause for a while, then perform the rest of the workout later in the day the app would calculate workout duration for the entire period including the break in the middle. This is obviously not ideal. Now you can choose to override the workout duration to something more accurate when you finish the workout.

- Band tracking. You can now track the bands you use for an exercise. The resistance amount of the band will be included in volume calculations. You can also edit an exercise to be "band assisted" and the volume calculation will be decreased accordingly.

- Body weight included in volume calculation. Your body weight is now included in volume calculations for "Body Weight" or "Weighted" exercises. This is useful for exercises like pull ups, dips, etc. Each exercise has a body weight percentage that you can adjust to suit your needs, e.g. if you want to count 50% of your body weight for push ups you can set the percentage to 50%.

A handful of people may have noticed duplicate exercises or sets after creating a cycle. This release fixes that but there is something else you need to do to apply the fix to your template(s). Tap on your template with duplicate exercises/sets under 'My Templates', tap Edit Template, then tap Save (you don't have to actually edit anything, just the re-saving part should fix the template). It won't fix any cycles already created but if you create a new cycle you should see that exercises and sets are back to normal. If you still have issues let me know.

Different Exercise Types - In addition to the regular weight x reps exercise type, now there are rep only exercises (e.g. push ups), duration (e.g. planks), and distance x weight (e.g. Prowler) exercise types.

- Better Muscle Breakdown - Exercises have more accurate muscle breakdowns. When creating or editing exercises, you can select the primary muscle and multiple secondary muscles. For custom exercises you\'ve created, you\'ll probably want to update the muscles used by tapping on the exercise in the list of exercises on the Profile tab, then tapping the Info tab, scroll down and tap Edit Exercise. Or when you tap "Add Exercise" to bring of the list of exercises during a workout, find the exercise you want to edit, then swipe left and tap edit.

More Achievements - The app will now show you a wide variety of achievements after a workout, including things like most sets, most reps, highest weight, total volume and more!

Unilateral volume - Volume for unilateral exercises (like dumbbell curl, dumbbell bench press, etc) will be doubled for a more accurate count.

- You can now mark a set as failed by tapping on the set number and choosing failed for the set type. The app will 'smartly' (and I use that word loosely) change a set to failed when you complete a set with fewer reps than originally prescribed.
- Instead of seeing only the number of PRs, you'll now see the reps and weight for the set(s) where you hit a PR.
- You'll see a new share button after completing a workout. Tap that button to share a recap of your workout with friends or on social media.

- A small number of people ended up with duplicate weight plates in their database. I've cleaned that up but let me know if you have any issues.
- When tapping on the cycle name at the top of the Workout tab the app would sometimes crash. That's been fixed.

Improvements to rounding
Based on feedback I made more updates to weight rounding. For exercises that use Barbells, Dumbbells, or Machine (Plate Loaded), you can now choose whether you want to round based on available plates/dumbbells (Pro Feature) or round based on a specific number (Free Feature). For exercises that use other equipment, rounding will be automatically applied by exercise type. Accessory exercises will be rounded to the nearest whole number while main and supplemental exercises will be round by 5 for lbs and 2.5 for kgs. Or you can choose to round by any number. If you want to change the rounding for any exercise, during a workout tap the "3 dots" button next to an exercise name and select rounding.

Fix equipment mixup.
The app would get confused if you swapped from a Barbell exercise to a non-Barbell exercise, it would think the exercise was still a barbell exercise and would then use the old bar weight as part of the rounding. That should be fixed now. If you notice this or any other rounding issues please let me know.
