About Use-My-Forms
"Use-My-Forms" is an app which allows you to build and share forms with all your team and gather all the results in one unique database (one dedicated database for each customer).
1. From your customer web-account, you can design and create your forms. A lot of field types are available ! (textfield, radio buttons, check buttons, dropdown menu, table, sliders, photo,...)
2. Share your forms to your entire team and manage it in realtime. Update your forms and synchronize all your devices without requesting your team to come back at your headquarters.
3. From your device, choose the form template you need to fill. You can use our user-friendly interface to easily fill it with your data!
4. Send your data by e-mail to anyone or directly save your data into your dedicated corporate database!
