vFire Description
With Alemba’s vFire app, users can access their calls, approvals, orders and asset lists on the go. They can log calls, add notes and view the history of the call, action approvals, and view orders and assets. Analysts can also access their calls using the app, viewing details of calls assigned or forwarded to them. They can forward the call to another analyst or group, update the call notes, review history, change the status or close a call.

Requires server version vFire Core 9.10 or above. You must also be registered as a user of the system. SAML authentication is also available. Please review documentation on www.alemba.help\help for details.
