To take advantage of this new encryption update, new firmware will be made available for cameras and NVRs which will be prompted to install in your app once the firmware is released.
Improved Push Notifications:
• Standalone cameras and cameras connected to an NVR will now properly display the device and channel name in the app push notification.

We have an important new update now available for the ClareVision App. Included is a new video playback scrubber, pinch and zoom video capabilities, smart event notifications for Performance Series cameras, the ability to rearrange video tiles, and more! Let's take a look.
• Video Playback Scrubber: Find important recording moments quicker and easier with our improved video playback scrubber that includes filtering by date and time. This update requires new firmware for each camera and NVR.
• Pinch and Zoom: Take advantage of high resolution video by being able to pinch and zoom the image to see more detail. This can be done in live video streams or through playback recordings.
• Smart Events: Smart Event notifications can now be displayed for Performance Series Cameras. This update requires new firmware for each camera and NVR. Please contact your installer as smart events must be configured individually for each camera.
• Rearrange Video Tiles: You can now rearrange video tiles that are displayed on the home page by tapping the new "Edit" button in the top right-hand corner. Once you are happy with the changes, tap "Save" to save your new layout.
• Rearrange NVR Channel Streams: NVR channels can now be rearranged by tapping the "Edit" button under an NVR in the top right-hand corner.
• Silence App Notifications: Select the desired video stream and open the settings menu to display a new "Silence Notifications" slider which will stop app notifications for that particular camera. This can be done for each individual camera.
• New Setup Menu: When adding a camera or an NVR, the initial setup screen options have been updated for clarity.
• Improved Iconography: We improved the live video control icons so that they are easier to view on different devices.
