Just download the app, enter your invitation code and get started! No individual subscription necessary.
Not part of an organization that gives you EQ?
You get a 7-day free trial - no payment required, just download and start testing! Choose the individual or family (up to 5 users) version of our monthly or yearly plans that you might like, and try out EQ. If you change your mind within 7 days, cancellation is easy through your Account Settings.
• When your 7-day trial ends, payment will be applied to your account.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your user Account Settings at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel your subscription anytime through your Account Settings, without a cancellation fee.
• Results obtained during your trial will be carried into your paid subscription.

After our previous release we've been working hard during fall months to add additional functionality on our EQ mobile app. We've added push notifications to our application to remind you of scheduled clinical appointments along with reminders to perform your assessments, as well as the ability to start your clinical video session from inside the EQ Application.

This update customizes EQ for use in the ER or post-discharge from the ER. Inputting information is now easier - we’ve updated how you input into our app so that you can easily copy/paste/delete words with your finger tip.
