Tandem by beqom

New look, same great features! In version 5.13, our application gets a full makeover for a closer alignment with the beqom suite of products. The app now boasts a new default color theme and a new default logo. Custom colors and logos are not affected.
In addition, all mentions of Tandem and Tandem HR Solutions have been removed as the Tandem brand is retired and our application becomes CPM by beqom.

Version upgrade to 5.12

With version 5.11 of Our Tandem, end-users giving public feedback to their coworkers will now be able to see the population with which their feedback is shared. An indication in the feedback creation screen will inform them, based on the feedback settings defined for their company.
In addition, a cosmetic improvement of the toggle button available throughout the application has been introduced to make each state of the toggle more obvious to users.

Version 5.10 introduces two entirely new features: upload historical reviews and upload goals into the Our Tandem application. Both features enable users to upload, using a dedicated template, historical reviews/goals into the system, for a significantly easier experience.
In addition, we have implemented:
Configuration options for managers and employees in the review custom widget
A display of the review rating in the review list
A dedicated interface for data retention configuration

In 5.9 we are delighted to announce our new login page redesign following our acquisition to beqom, you see this on all our login screens in mobile, tablet, desktop and Microsoft Teams. In addition to the visual identity, all locations in the application that contain company information, legal information or copyright information have been adjusted to the beqom related information.
We have also enhanced our administrative options for user feedback rating to now include rate any user's feedback, any manager's feedback or feedback from a direct report only, so dependent on the options your system administrator has applied, you will have different rating options when you receive feedback.

We are excited to announce that in our 5.8 release you will now be able to view review templates for your indirect reports and we have tidied up the reviews page so that closed reviews will no longer be defaulted in the view. You will also be able to delete all of your notifications in one easy click of a button saving you time and effort.

For our 5.7 release we are delighted to announce that we now have a new left-hand Total Rewards menu to link you to directly to beqom. We have also have a new comment box as part of the review completion process, so you can add any final thoughts on thanks on the process and we have increased our check-in discussion characters to 2,500.

In release 5.6 we are excited to enhance our audit logging capability for all functional areas including mobile. We also have new form options for manager led moderations where forms can be progressed via mobile to the next stage of the process.

In this release we are excited to enhance your user experience when responding to surveys. You will be easily able to identify the survey start and end date, view how many questions need to be answered and also view any survey instructions. You also now can print any received feedback or save this to a PDF.

Some wonderful new enhancements are coming-up on this release! We are brining a ton of 360 enhancements which include the ability to add participants even after nomination closed. We've also removed the double navigation for goals and we have also added new notifications when goals are updated by someone else.
