We’ll tell you exactly how much to walk to lose weight, and guide you every step of the way. All it takes is purposely walking. What is purposely walking? The same idea as going for a run, but going for a walk instead.

With Walkster you can free walk any time, or follow one of our purposely walking plans. These plans are personalized, backed by science, and full of motivation to keep you on track - so you can hit your weight goals quickly and keep the pounds off.

You’ll see your daily walking and step goals every day when you launch the app. All you have to do is hit start! We’ll track your walks and measure your calories burned, pace, distance, steps, and more - and adjust our plan to your progress. You can also log your weight to see just how far you’ve come.
