The Canadian Hearing Society's (CHS) Wavelink Enterprise Video Relay Interpreting (WaveLink Enterprise VRI) is the on-demand service that provides communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing persons and hearing persons, through a remote or offsite interpreter, to communicate with persons with whom there is a communication barrier. VRI is a type of telecommunications relay service (TRS). WaveLink Enterprise is CHS' business offering, allowing organizations to offer, embed and utilize CHS' technology in their own business practices.
