Wear Sunscreen :)

Nearly two out of every three Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer before they turn 70. Most of the skin cancers in Australia are caused by exposure to UV radiation in sunlight. Sunburn causes 95% of melanomas, the most deadly form of skin cancer.

Sunscreen can help reduce your risk of sunburn, and this app will remind you to reapply every four hours.

When you put on your sunscreen launch the app and choose to select Auto for a 2 hour reminder or Manual to set the timer according to the instructions on your sunscreen. A countdown timer will then remind you to reapply your sunscreen with a funny joke pop-up.

This app was developed as part of a STEAM project to help people by me, Will Kriewaldt, 8 years old, at Trinity Lutheran College, Mildura - where the sun shines A LOT!
