Sorry about the NWS data outage everyone! In order to make the app function as much as possible through outages like these, I've made a few changes.
•I fixed a crash at launch when weather data was missing
•I changed our data validation code so that it will allow you to use NWS stations which have not been reporting for up to 7 days.
•Now if observation data is missing, you will see the closest forecast temperature instead. It should be very accurate still as forecast are initialized on current conditions and even when observations stations are missing as they are during the current outage, the forecasts are still being initialized using current conditions. In this case, the temperature will appear yellow meaning "missing data" and will go back to the usual blue/white color scheme when the NWS observations are restored.
