Wellness Circle

The WellnessCircle App was co-created by Indigenous Elders, scholars, leaders, and community members to successfully design a culturally appropriate tracking app to promote physical activity and enhance health and wellness. The App incorporates components of the Medicine Wheel to set wellness goals (spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical wellness). The app can, along with the Health app on your phone, and with your permission, count the steps you take every day, to help you reach your physical fitness goals. In addition, the interactive nature of the app was designed to foster connections between families, Elders, community members and leaders. The WellnessCircle App is freely available for all users.
