Reimbursement Drivers: For drivers on the Wheels Reimbursement program, not only do you have access to the maintenance services for your personal vehicle with included roadside support services, now the app’s Trip Log and GPS AutoLog make documenting your reimbursable business trips a breeze. Trips documented here can be directly submitted for reimbursement. You won't need to use the spreadsheet method anymore! This is a major upgrade that includes support for iOS 13

The GPS AutoLog feature has been upgraded with upgraded tracking and server backup logic. We have 2 new modes for accurately tracking your trips:
Flexible schedule capture - for drivers that don't have a set schedule, you can use this mode that only begins trip tracking when you turn it on, let the phone determine your trip stops, and then it stops when you turn it off.
Single Trip GPS capture - now you have the ability to set the start and stop points manually and get the most accurate GPS trips. Best if your schedule is very unpredictable and you only want occasional tracking.
These two modes supplement the current "set and forget" Fixed Schedule tracking mode, but now you have additional options that may work better for your situation. Please remember to always set the phone to give the app "always" permission to access location services for these modes to work accurately.
Reimbursement for Canadian drivers with cents/km programs is now available

Maintenance History - a new tab within the maintenance feature. This shows your history of maintenance services for your vehicle plus an indicator if the service was done within the Wheels maintenance network.

Timeline History - a new feature that lets you see your history of vehicle services (maintenance, fuel, registration, and mileage entry) intertwined with your mobile interaction history. This is also where you can see your count of using the app's "Timesaver" functions, features which have saved you time.

Improved education on GPS permissions - better explanations of why the app runs best with the "always" permission setting for location services, especially if you are using the GPS AutoLog which needs that in order to correctly detect your starts and stops.

Fixed some AutoLog scenarios that created some interesting trip tracking results - we fixed the logic that screens out airline flights, so you should not see 1000 mile trips when you fly anymore! The threshold is now 45 meters per second, equivalent to 100 mpg so if you're using this to benchmark hot laps on a track, the app won't consider that a business trip! We're continuing to improve this, thanks for your support!

For drivers who have vehicles they are responsible for, but not necessarily assigned to, you can now see these vehicles from a new menu item.
