Great news for all fasters!

We’ve added the ability to manage fasting plans manually so that you can customize your fasting schedule, edit it and easily adjust the duration of fasting and eating windows in case of changes. You can enable this option in the Settings.

How does it work?
When your fasting or eating window is about to close, you receive a push notification instead of automatic switching to a new phase. If you want to start a new phase, open the push notification and switch the window manually. If you want your fasting or eating window to last longer, do not switch anything until you want to finish the phase.

New plans:
- OMAD (One Meal A Day). You eat one meal in a day and fast for the rest of it. You can eat your favorite dishes, but remember to include healthful, nutrient-rich foods to balance your diet.

- Flexible Light. The easiest and the most flexible plan that includes 7 - 12 hours of eating. It’s up to you to decide when to open/close your fasting window. Great for beginners!

- Flexible Advanced. The customizable plan that allows you to vary your daily eating window from 30 minutes to 6 hours.
