Ability to create Interval Schedules:
- Multiple interval types: warm-up, fast, steady, slow, recover, cool-down etc;
- Can create groups of intervals with a configurable number of repeats;
- Set interval durations using time, distance, heart rate, steps, calories etc;
- Set interval targets such as heart rate, pace, cadence etc;
- Configure what metrics are displayed on the screen during an interval;
- Configure what metrics are spoken at the start/end of each interval;
- Configure regular notifications during an interval;
- Control the metrics displayed and spoken for each notification.
