WOTools - Workout tools

WOTools includes some useful tools that will help you while working out:
- A timer: simple, easy to use, notifies you when a selected duration is over.
- A chronometer: so simple!
- A plate calculator: determines which plates to put on each side of a bar given a bar weight.
- A reverse calculator: calculates the total weight given a bar weight and a number of plates.
- A 1RM calculator (One-rep max): calculates 1RM corresponding to a certain number of reps and a given weight.

WOTools is very easy to use and straightforward.

Select the timer duration thanks to list of a pre-defined values (that you may customise), or from a wheel. The timer remembers the last duration you selected.

Select the sound to be played when the timer is over (25 sounds are available).

Modify the bar weight as simply as it is to input the total weight and to calculate which plates to put on each side of a bar, given a set of available plates (that you may customise).

1RM is calculated along with a table of percentages that will be useful for your training program. Choose the algorithm that provides the results that best suit you.

Select a picture or a photo of yours to be used as a wallpaper in WOTools.

WOTools is compatible with iOS 13 Dark Mode.
