- When you practice yoga with Gotta Yoga, the app records a workout at the end of the practice. The app also records your active energy, and Mindfulnessminutes if you have iOS 11.
- If you have an Apple Watch, the app displays your heart rate and active energy burned during your practice.

INFO ON USING THE APP AND REGARDING THE SUBSCRIPTION

The download and usage of Gotta Yoga is free of charge. You have access to 9 free yoga classes in the free selection of the app. Should you decide to subscribe to Gotta Yoga, you will have access to all current 150 yoga classes and 100 postures as well as all upcoming new yoga classes, meditations and postures during your subscription. All yoga content will be accessible in the app with a subscription of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. The subscription automatically renews if it is not cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.

You will also find IyengarⓇ Yoga Basic program available with classes for beginners and intermediate practitioners.

The two new mantras are chants for two Hindu god Ganesh and goddess Durga.

With our prenatal yoga program, we are introducing a new yoga teacher in Gotta Joga: Vanessa de Haas. She is and American yoga teacher and a mother of 3 little girls, living in France. Vanessa is the owner of OYoga Vinyasa Yoga Studio in Lyon, France and is certified Akanda and Vinyasa Yoga teacher.

There are 3 prenatal yoga classes planned by Vanessa to accompany your yoga practice during your pregnancy.
