Our application, which keeps up with the modern age with a completely new interface and new approaches, is presented to you, our valuable users. With the Isbike application, you can rent a bike in an easy and practical way and plan a pleasant trip. If we talk about our application briefly;
- You can become a member by logging in with your phone number.
- You will be greeted with your usage summary information and the list of stations closest to your location. Allowing your location will provide ease of use.
- We have a flexible map menu. You can see your station and parking points on the map. You can plot routes to access each station and parking point. Whichever navigation application you prefer to use, you can direct us from our application.
- By looking at the station details on the map, you can see the occupancy rates and examine the panoramic images. You can also see the number of bicycles in the station on the icons.
- You can see your past usage summary information from our application, you can look at the details. You can also access route information in addition to usage fees, hours, distance and calories.
- It is possible to access all announcements about İsbike from our application.
- You can access detailed information on how to use our application and how to rent a bike.
- You can view İsbike subscription and price information through our application.
- You can see the provisioning activities and your account history in detail.
- You can rent a bike with your credit card whether you are a member or not.
- When you encounter any problem, you can call 153 and share the problem with us.

If we talk about the innovations briefly;
With the QR Code, it is now easier to rent a bike. You can easily rent the bike by scanning the QR Code on the bike from the start the ride option.
* In credit card (Provision) rentals, you can now rent 3 bikes at the same time by putting a fixed provision block.
* Standard and Advantage subscribers must have a balance of at least 25 TL in their account in order to rent a bicycle.
* You can easily learn how to use the application from the How it works page.
* Your location service must be turned on. In order to rent a bicycle, you must be at least 200 meters from the station.
If you have any problems, you can contact us via the Alo 153 Solution Center.

In line with the suggestions and notifications we received from you, we added ‘free bicycle maintenance points’ to our maps menu. Green icons indicate maintenance and repair kits. After choosing a point, you can create a route.
Dear cycling lovers,
Our bikes and stations are intentionally damaged. Necessary legal processes are being initiated against this increasing vandalism. However, in order to make repairs for stations and bicycles which are exposed to vandalism;
• If you see a damaged bike or station, you can report it by calling the ALO 153 Solution Center.
• In case you see an abandoned bike; you can try to lock it at the nearest station, deliver it to IBB units, ISPARK points or secure locations around you.
We bring this situation to all cycling lovers’ attention. Thank you for your help.

• In 2020, we will increase our Station number to 300 and our number of bicycles to 3000.
