用户可以通过使用“hi，Siri”唤醒 Siri。
然后说“用小小装修宝新建一个名字叫换尿不湿的备忘录，内容是大便和小便”来创建一个待办项目。
并且默认置顶此阶段，如果当天有 Siri 创建的待办任务，还会显示今日统计。

本次需求来自照顾小宝宝的场景，因为小宝宝喂奶的时候，手不方便操作手机拿，语言操作成了最自然的需求。
