几乎每个成年人都有过牙痛的经历，牙疼不算病，疼起来真要命。除了龋齿、牙髓炎等牙神经受损的牙痛，都可以按照“经脉所过，主治所及”的理论来调理。

对待牙痛，我们首先要分清上呀疼痛还是下牙疼痛，不同位置代表的意义不一样。

上牙在胃经的循行路线上。上牙疼痛，要探查同侧胃经的堵塞点“髀关穴”，待“髀关穴”疼痛下降或者消失后，再敲揉同侧的内庭穴。穴位痛感下降后，牙疼可缓解或者消失。

下牙在大肠经的循行路线上。下牙疼痛，要探查同侧大肠经的堵塞点“手三里穴”、“合谷穴”。穴位痛感下降后，牙疼可缓解或者消失。
