The program 300 abs it is a complex of exercises thanks to what you can develop your abdominal muscles.

This program of training of a press let you to to strengthen the abs and also to pump up your belly in the form of so-called "six dice", "heater" or "cells" provided regular training.

The program create such way that you can start workout depending of your training level and you can systematically develop your muscles.

The app includes next functionality:

Workouts divided into 21 programme from 0 to 300 sit-ups. Choose the right program for you depending of your training level.
We recommend to use it in complex with the program from Be Stronger cycle. Combining all programs from the cycle (300 push-ups, 50 pullups, 300 squats) you will get a strong and healthy body in record time.

The program is designed for lifting the torso or the leg raises - lying on your back
Rules of the program: before start training you should run the test. The purpose of the test is to determine the maximum number of cruciani (body lifting) at a time you can do. Now basis on the test result, select the programme and start training. Press the button after each set to trigger the timer for rest (have a rest recommended time or change in accordance with their feelings). Observe the mode of rest and proper nutrition.
Example: in the test you did 52 crunches. Choose from the list the program 51-60. Remember to have 2 days rest after the test to restore.
