Achievement badges help teachers coaches, and trainers to engage with students and their families to support learning, positive reinforcement and goal setting.

When a teacher rewards one of their students, the nominated parent or guardian will receive an email or text message informing them of the award.

This will allow for greater engagement of all parties and will help bring the activities into everyday conversation, be it from school, sport or other free time activities.

With the app teachers are able to reward their students’ determination by setting meaningful and achievable goals that support their pedagogy.

Working towards specified goals provides clarity of the learning intention to students, teachers and families. Furthermore, the app provides positive reinforcement which is proven to motivate students beyond the initial excitement of a new task.
