To place an increased emphasis on injury prevention, health and wellness, Amazon implemented a health and wellness program called WorkingWell (WW) – this program includes Associate-facing support, education and safety prevention initiatives. The WorkingWell mobile app helps users integrate health and wellness into their everyday lifestyle. By creating a mobile app, all the content formed from the various WorkingWell teams is consolidated and channeled in a way that all Associates and teams can benefit from.
