手机端可实现功能：
1：在手机上对远程车辆（人员）定位：在地图上显示出车辆的最新位置。
2：实时监控：在地图上实时显示车辆位置并描绘行驶过的路线。
3：轨迹回放：回放指定时段胡车辆行驶轨迹和当时状况。
4：远程断电：在车速降到30公里以下时，强行切断车辆ACC电源，使车辆不能发动（主要应用在汽车租赁行业）。
5：恢复供电：恢复车辆的行驶能力。
6：位置设防：设定车辆位置移动自动报警（防盗）。
7：位置撤防：撤销车辆位置移动自动报警（解除防盗）。
